10Placing and accepting wagers

A wager is accepted only when it has been successfully recorded by the sr97 system or relevant game provider. Preparing a selection, tapping a control, or seeing a pending request does not by itself prove acceptance. The account balance and available game record should be reviewed if there is uncertainty.

You are responsible for checking the game, selection, chip value, total PHP amount, and available balance before confirming. Once a valid wager has been accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled merely because the player made an error, misunderstood the selection, or changed their mind.

Minimum and maximum stakes can vary by game, table, account status, or promotion. sr97 may update limits or remove a title when operationally required. A player is not entitled to continued access to a particular stake, table, provider, or game.

11Game rules and official results

The rules and paytable displayed within the selected sr97 game form part of these Terms and Conditions. Where a title includes a help screen, table information, dealer procedure, or provider rule, you should review it before participating. Different versions of a similarly named game may not have identical payouts.

Results are settled using the official game record. Screen animations, sounds, visual effects, or temporary balance displays do not override the recorded outcome. For live games, the confirmed table result and accepted wager record determine settlement. For interrupted rounds, the provider record may be used to determine whether a bet was accepted and how it concluded.

No strategy, pattern, system, or previous outcome guarantees a result at sr97. Random games remain unpredictable, and player-decision games still involve risk, variance, and applicable house advantage or fees.

12Technical interruptions and obvious errors

Internet disconnections, device problems, software faults, maintenance, payment delays, incorrect displays, or provider interruptions can occur. If your connection becomes unstable, stop submitting new actions until the sr97 page has fully reconnected and the current account or game status is clear.

An obvious error does not create a valid entitlement. This includes a clearly incorrect payout, duplicate credit, malformed promotion, impossible price, wrong settlement, or result produced by a confirmed technical fault. sr97 may suspend settlement while records are reviewed and may correct balances to reflect the valid transaction or official game outcome.

Players must not knowingly exploit an error. If you notice an unexpected credit or unusual game behaviour, stop using the affected funds or feature and report the issue. Spending a balance that you know resulted from a mistake may lead to account restrictions and recovery of the incorrect amount.

13Prohibited conduct

You must use sr97 honestly and only for personal entertainment. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Creating duplicate or false accounts, including accounts made to obtain extra promotions.
• Using another person’s identity, payment method, credentials, documents, or sr97 account.
• Collusion, chip dumping, coordinated betting, match fixing, or sharing hidden game information.
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools, unauthorised software, or methods that interfere with normal play.
• Exploiting errors, delays, disconnected states, promotion defects, or incomplete settlement information.
• Attempting to access restricted systems, alter game data, avoid account limits, or disrupt sr97 services.
• Using the account for unlawful funds, third-party transfers, fraud, chargeback abuse, or other illegal activity.
• Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or dishonest communication with support staff or other players.

Where suspicious activity is identified, sr97 may restrict relevant functions while records, devices, transactions, and connected accounts are reviewed.

14Account restriction and termination

sr97 may suspend or close an account where these terms have been materially breached, eligibility cannot be established, security is compromised, fraudulent or unlawful use is suspected, or continued access would create a legal, operational, or player-safety concern.

When appropriate, legitimate remaining funds may be processed after required deductions, unsettled transactions, verification, and applicable reviews are complete. Amounts generated through prohibited conduct, invalid promotion use, obvious error, or an unlawful payment may be removed where supported by the relevant records.

sr97 may also discontinue a product or account relationship for operational reasons. Where practical and legally permitted, affected players will be given information about available balance handling and any steps needed to complete verification.

15Responsible gaming obligations

sr97 provides gambling as entertainment for eligible adults. You acknowledge that losses are possible and that no game, promotion, betting pattern, or strategy guarantees profit. You must not use money required for food, rent, utilities, healthcare, education, transport, debt payments, savings, or family support.

Players are expected to set affordable PHP limits and reasonable session times. You must not attempt to defeat an account restriction, cooling-off period, or self-exclusion by creating another sr97 account or using someone else’s access.

If gaming is causing stress, financial difficulty, secrecy, sleep problems, conflict, or neglect of responsibilities, stop and use the available account controls. sr97 may apply restrictions where a player reports loss of control or where intervention is reasonably necessary for safety.

16Website content and intellectual property

The sr97 name, logo, layout, original text, visual elements, software presentation, and other protected material may not be copied, republished, sold, altered, or used to suggest an unauthorised association. Access is granted only for personal use of the service in accordance with these terms.

You must not scrape, reproduce, reverse engineer, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit sr97 content or systems except where applicable law expressly permits the activity and does not allow that permission to be restricted. Game-provider names and materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

17Service availability and limitations

sr97 aims to provide reliable access, but continuous or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, internet conditions, device compatibility, payment networks, security work, or events outside reasonable control may interrupt some features.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, sr97 is not responsible for losses caused solely by a player’s device failure, unstable connection, forgotten credentials, disclosure of verification codes, use of an unsupported browser, or failure to follow displayed instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You are responsible for using a suitable device, maintaining internet access, checking your account, and protecting local device security. Avoid playing through public computers or unsecured connections.

18Questions and account disputes

If you believe an sr97 transaction, game round, promotion, or account decision is incorrect, report it as soon as reasonably possible. Include enough information to identify the event, such as the date, approximate time, PHP amount, game, round reference, transaction number, and the result you expected.

sr97 may review account logs, payment confirmations, system records, game-provider data, communications, and submitted documents. You must cooperate honestly and avoid altering relevant evidence. Reviews are decided using the available records and the terms that applied when the activity occurred.

If initial assistance does not resolve the issue, you may ask for the matter to be reviewed again. Continue communicating through your account contact information and do not send passwords, security codes, or unrelated personal records.

19Changes to these Terms and Conditions

sr97 may revise these terms to reflect service updates, payment changes, new games, security needs, responsible gaming measures, or applicable requirements. The updated version will show a revised date. Material changes may also be highlighted through an account or website notice where appropriate.

Changes apply from the stated effective date and do not normally rewrite a transaction that was completed under an earlier valid version. Continued use of sr97 after the effective date indicates acceptance. If you do not accept the revision, you should stop using the service.

20General provisions

If one provision of these sr97 Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive that right. Headings are included for readability and do not replace the wording of each section.

These terms, the applicable Privacy Policy, responsible gaming rules, promotion conditions, cashier instructions, and game-specific rules make up the agreement relevant to your use of sr97. Where a specific promotion or game rule addresses a particular issue, that specific rule applies to that issue while the remainder of these terms continues in effect.

The agreement is interpreted under the laws and regulatory requirements applicable to the service and the player. Nothing in this document removes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
